Your Profile
An Account Manager with knowledge of the online/internet marketplace, including search optimisation, search marketing and advertising planning. You will have experience of proactive account management and been involved in up sells and retention. You must possess a consultative style and will be currently selling to senior marketers. You could also come from a background of account management within business information where the service is delivered online.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for liaising with approximately 35 existing clients with the objective to retain the relationship and up sell new services, you will deal primarily with senior decision makers within the online marketing arena and will be responsible for highlighting ROI’s. You
will be attending face to face client meetings and renewing annual subscriptions along with developing and implementing account strategy plans
