A hotel situated in one of the loveliest places in Britain with a spectacular natural beauty is seeking qualified applicants for the various positions that are vacant. This 77 bedroom 4 star hotel offers modern comforts together with an exceptional dining experience which is the main reason why they are looking for a Chef de Partie with exceptional talent and organizational skills.
The chosen applicant for the Chef de Partie Jobs will be the one in charge in preparing the food and make sure that it is fit to be sent out to the customers. He will also be the one to handle the stock and organize the relevant storage of goods. He will also train and supervise junior members of his team to fit the company standards. He will also be in charge in maintaining the cleanliness of his area and the proper health, hygiene, and safety standards. The job is full time, working 5 days a week which include working evenings and weekends.
Jobs Qualifications:
• Passion, flair and imagination for quality food and service
• Previous experience in a four star hotel
• Qualifications 706/1 or 706/2 or NVQ equivalent level 3
• Basic food hygiene certificate
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
