A 5-star deluxe luxury international business hotel situated in the heart of London England is in need of a Head Barman to manage its exciting and very trendy, up market lounge bar. This position would be ideally suited to someone that possesses flare and imagination and He/She knows how to put fun and excitement in this amazing “Be Seen” establishment.
Job Requirements:
This property is in need of a Head Barman that knows how to capture the audience and has the personality and charisma to make the establishment an “In Place”. He must also be an amazing bartender and possesses the abilities and personality to “Put on a Show” and the know how in running an extremely efficient bar operation. The successful candidate must be proficient and have a sound knowledge of wines and spirits and the knowledge on cost controls and monthly inventory.
This up market lounge bar also seeks an individual that has worked in a high profile establishment anywhere in the world that had an emphasis on Caribbean, African American culture and can bring excitement in its day to day operation.
