My client is an ambitious IT recruitment company performing well in the current market having worked hard to develop an enviable client base. They are actively looking to invest heavily in the expansion of the permanent team.
They offer a commission structure designed to reward top performers, going up to 40% of billings.

Suitable candidates will have 18 months or more IT recruitment experience looking to advance their career. Billings and performance will be assessed on a case by case basis so not set standard of billings is required.
