- Enhance the company brand by introducing new creative approaches
- Provide strong leadership, coordination and implementation into specification, production and delivery of all direct customer communication on time, on brand, on budget. To include, but not limited to, special offer and lifestyle mailings, brochure mailings, event triggered mailings.
- Optimise use of new CRM systems, represent the UK’s needs at Group forums and become a CRM Superuser

- Managing an agreed set of KPI’s
