The client is a small boutique Finance house based in the west end. They are looking for a polished and enthusiastic office coordinator. This is a fabulous role for someone who enjoys a busy day and who is proactive and can answer the main switchboard, meet and greet guests, juggle diaries, book travel intinaries, prepare expenses, coordinate and deal with various office and administrative procedures, organise events, and many other ad hoc and general office duties The successful candidate will be bright articulate possibly of graduate calibre with 2 / 3 years experience. In addition to this you must be well presented, have excellent communication and organisational skills and good PC skills.
